Jim is a life long resident of Kent County and has been a licensed real estate agent for 7 years; obtaining both Accredited Buyers Representative and Certified Residential Specialist certifications placing him in the top 4% of real estate agents in the country. Jim was formally an agent at and the General Manager of Exit First Choice Realty and is co-owner of The Real Estate Consulting Group with his business partner Tom Kashner. In his spare time Jim enjoys spending time with his wife Katie and his two children Jeremy and Jessica. He served on the Kent County Association of Realtors board as a director for the 2008 and 2009 calendar years. Tom Kashner is a resident of Delaware where he has lived his entire life. Tom has been a licensed realtor since 2004 and has attained his Accredited Buyer’s Representative designation. In 2006 Tom formed “The Real Estate Consulting Group” and adopted the idea that clients demand experienced guidance as well as customer service while upholding the highest standard of ethics and integrity.
